Prices are for the property per week in € Euro.
For medium or long term rentals in winter, a special price is available on request.
Changeover day
There is no preferred arrival or changeover
day this is fully flexible.
Arrival time is 14.00 on the first day of the
rental period wit€h departure being at 10.00
on the final day of occupation.
Booking notes
50% payment is due at the time of booking
with the balance due four weeks before the
commencement of the occupation.
A 200,00€ security deposit is also payable before the property is occupied. This will be returned to the clients following their departure and once the apartment has been checked for any damage/serious breakages etc. (Usually within one week of departure).
