Bedroom with double bed, chest, large wardrobe with safe and air-conditioning unit. Floor to ceiling windows facing the garden opening to balcony with comfy chairs and table.

Modern fully fitted bathroom with WC, bidet and bath/shower over.
All towels supplied.
Outside
Great outdoor shared swimming pool for use of residents only. Apartment has a private balcony with two chairs with coffee table.
Towels/ linen
All towels are included. One set of bath towels are supplied per person for a one week stay. All bedlinen is included and changed once during a two week stay.
Accessibility
The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair access.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the popular Burgau beach which has some great beach bars/restaurants. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards during the summer months and is also suitable for surfing and swimming etc.
Golf
Boa Vista and Parque de Floresta golf courses are a 10 minute drive from the apartment.
Travel
Faro Airport is approximately a one hour drive from Burgau using the A22 motorway and the EN125.
Distances
Praia da Luz is a 5 minute drive from the apartment and the larger town of Lagos is 10 minutes away.
Further details
There are some great restaurants and bars in Burgau featuring one of the best known restaurants in the Western Algarve. There are two small supermarkets and a Multibanco (ATM) in the village with a large supermarket just a 5 minute drive away. A regular bus service runs between Burgau, Luz and Lagos.
